YogaFlowZug offers you a playful range of yoga in Baar.
In small groups or one-on-one. Indoor or outdoor. At the yogastudio, at your home or at your office location. Depending on the theme, the lessons are flowing and dynamic, calm and relaxing, playful and colorful. We offer courses in German and English.

The asanas (exercises) are specially selected for pregnant women. In particular, they strengthen the back, support the pregnancy and prepare for natural childbirth or even for the planned cesarean section.

After pregnancy and birth, many things have changed. Postnatal yoga supports the regeneration and strengthening of the body. Targeted pelvic floor training is important for the strength and also the suppleness of your center.

YogaFlowZug is exempt from the certificate requirement.
The certification requirement effective Monday, September 13, 2021 does not apply to weekly yoga classes with groups of less than 30 people. This has been specified by the Swiss Yoga Association (SYV) with consultation of the BAG/BASPO on September 15.
In addition, we practice in existing small yoga groups that meet regularly. A change during the week as well as trial classes of new YogiNIs are limited. This has also been clarified and approved by the BAG.
We want to provide a safe and relaxing place for all of you. For this reason, we continue to maintain class capacity restrictions and yoga association protection recommendations. Our yoga room is only two-thirds full and the air purifier is in regular use. We continue to come to the yoga room with the mask on, after which the mask can be removed. Also, please participate in yoga classes only when you feel healthy and alert.
Saturday morning’ Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a very special way to experience yoga in all three dimensions!
The exercises are performed with the cloth or hanging in the cloth. Inverted postures become gentler and relieve pressure on the spine, and stretches deepen with the support of gravity.
