GENERAL
- By registering for the course, participants agree to pay the course costs. Payment of course fees is due no later than 7 days after the start of the course. Non-attendance of classes does not release course participants from the obligation to pay.
- The duration of the subscription is limited to 12 course weeks. There is a separate policy for the prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga and the Monthly/Annual Subscriptions.
- A reserved spot (group courses) can be cancelled free of charge up to 2-3 hours (please note the information when booking your lesson) before the start of the booked lesson. Afterwards the lesson will be charged.
- In case of absence of more than 4 weeks, it is possible to interrupt the subscription accordingly. In case of absence due to illness or accident, the subscription can be interrupted with proof of a doctor’s certificate.
- No course fees will be refunded.
- Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In case of a later cancellation, the lesson will be charged.
- Please note that registrations for booked workshopsor courseswhich can only be booked as a whole (e.g. Yoga for Beginners course) are binding and the course fees are owed even in case of unexcused non-attendance.
Course fees will only be refunded in case of illness or accident andupon presentation of a medical certificate. - Yogaretreats (yoga vacations or yoga weekends)
Conclusion for registration.
A registration by e-mail is binding and the GTCs come into force. A registration confirmation from YogaFlowZug will be sent by email. An invoice with a specified payment term will be sent by e-mail either immediately or at a later date, depending on the time of registration. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a cancellation.
All further information about the course will be sent by e-mail approximately 3 weeks before the event. - Cancellation conditions
Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail). YogaFlowZug has obligations arising from continuing contracts. Also, cancelling or withdrawing from a retreat/weekend involves administrative work.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee will be refunded, but an administration fee will be charged:
Workshop/extended yoga weekend: CHF 80.-, for yoga vacations: CHF 150.-.
In case of cancellation at a later date, the full invoice amount is due, unless the participant provides a substitute person or someone can move up from the waiting list. In these two cases, a processing fee will still be charged.
Please note the different cancellation policies of the hotels and seminar houses. We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance well in advance.
Covid-19: If the event can be held in accordance with state regulations and the cancellation is made by the participant for ‘subjective reasons’, the cancellation conditions of YogaFlowZug described above will come into effect. In the event YogaFlowZug is unable to hold the event per Covid-19 government regulations, the full amount will be refunded. - The lessons are designed for healthy people. Illnesses, injuries and pregnancy must be reported to the course instructor prior to the start of the course.
CLASSES
- Schedules are subject to change at any time. If they are unacceptable to participants, the remaining lessons in the subscription will be refunded.
- The courses are recognized by most health insurance companies through supplementary insurance. These insurers cover part of the course costs as part of preventive health care. Upon request, a course certificate can be issued at the end of a course.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
- YogaFlowZug is affiliated with a professional liability insurance.
