Payment of course fees is due no later than 7 days after the start of the course. Non-attendance of classes does not release course participants from the obligation to pay.<\/li><li>The duration of the subscription is limited to 12 course weeks. There is a separate policy for the prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga and the Monthly\/Annual Subscriptions.<\/li><li>A reserved spot (group courses) can be cancelled <strong>free of charge up to 2-3 hours<\/strong> (please note the information when booking your lesson) before the start of the booked lesson. Afterwards the lesson will be charged.<\/li><li>In case of absence of more than 4 weeks, it is possible to interrupt the subscription accordingly. In case of absence due to illness or accident, the subscription can be interrupted with proof of a doctor&#8217;s certificate.<\/li><li>No course fees will be refunded.<\/li><li>Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In case of a later cancellation, the lesson will be charged.<\/li><li>Please note that registrations for booked workshopsor <strong>courses<\/strong>which can only be booked as a whole (e.g. Yoga for Beginners course) are binding and the course fees are owed even in case of unexcused non-attendance.<br\/>Course fees will only be refunded in case of illness or accident <strong>and<\/strong>upon presentation of a medical certificate. <\/li><li><strong>Yogaretreats (yoga vacations or yoga weekends) <br\/>Conclusion for registration.<br\/><\/strong> A registration by e-mail is binding and the GTCs come into force. A registration confirmation from YogaFlowZug will be sent by email. An invoice with a specified payment term will be sent by e-mail either immediately or at a later date, depending on the time of registration. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a cancellation.<br\/>All further information about the course will be sent by e-mail approximately 3 weeks before the event. <\/li><li><strong>Cancellation conditions<br\/><\/strong>Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail). YogaFlowZug has obligations arising from continuing contracts. Also, cancelling or withdrawing from a retreat\/weekend involves administrative work. <br\/>In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee will be refunded, but an administration fee will be charged: <br\/>Workshop\/extended yoga weekend: CHF 80.-, for yoga vacations: CHF 150.-.<br\/>In case of cancellation at a later date, the full invoice amount is due, unless the participant provides a substitute person or someone can move up from the waiting list. In these two cases, a processing fee will still be charged.<br\/>Please note the different cancellation policies of the hotels and seminar houses. We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance well in advance.<br\/><strong>Covid-19:<\/strong> If the event can be held in accordance with state regulations and the cancellation is made by the participant for &#8216;subjective reasons&#8217;, the cancellation conditions of YogaFlowZug described above will come into effect. In the event YogaFlowZug is unable to hold the event per Covid-19 government regulations, the full amount will be refunded.<\/li><li>The lessons are designed for healthy people. Illnesses, injuries and pregnancy must be reported to the course instructor prior to the start of the course.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>CLASSES<\/h2>\n\n<ul><li>Schedules are subject to change at any time. If they are unacceptable to participants, the remaining lessons in the subscription will be refunded.<\/li><li>The courses are recognized by most health insurance companies through supplementary insurance. These insurers cover part of the course costs as part of preventive health care. Upon request, a course certificate can be issued at the end of a course.<\/li><li>Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.<\/li><li>YogaFlowZug is affiliated with a professional liability insurance.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GENERAL By registering for the course, participants agree to pay the course costs.
